SLEEPY STEAL — Terms of Service

By accessing or using the SLEEPY STEAL Minecraft server, website, store, Discord, or any related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services or make purchases from our store.
1. Server Rules
All players must follow the official SLEEPY STEAL server rules, including rules provided in-game, on Discord, or through other official SLEEPY STEAL channels.
Staff members may take appropriate action against accounts that violate server rules. This may include warnings, mutes, kicks, temporary bans, permanent bans, or other actions.
Purchasing an item, rank, key, or currency does not give you immunity from server rules or moderation.
2. Purchases
When you purchase an item from the SLEEPY STEAL store, you are purchasing a digital product or service for use within the SLEEPY STEAL network.
Digital purchases may include ranks, crate keys, Shards, perks, cosmetics, items, or other virtual products.
All purchases are subject to availability and may be changed, updated, replaced, or discontinued at any time.
3. Virtual Items and Currency
All virtual items, ranks, keys, Shards, and other digital content are virtual goods with no real-world cash value.
Virtual items cannot be exchanged for real money unless explicitly stated by SLEEPY STEAL.
We reserve the right to modify the properties, pricing, availability, or functionality of virtual items and services when reasonably necessary.
4. Payments
Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. SLEEPY STEAL does not directly store your full payment card information.
You agree that all information submitted during checkout is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method being used.
Fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive transactions may result in the related account being suspended or banned.
5. Refunds
Because our products are digital goods that may be delivered immediately, refunds are generally not provided after a purchase has been successfully delivered or used.
Exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of SLEEPY STEAL in cases such as duplicate purchases, technical delivery problems, or other legitimate issues.
Contact SLEEPY STEAL support before filing a payment dispute whenever possible so that we can attempt to resolve the issue.
6. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent disputes may result in suspension or termination of your SLEEPY STEAL account and removal of purchased digital goods.
We reserve the right to provide transaction and account information to the payment processor when responding to fraudulent or disputed transactions.
7. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Minecraft account, Discord account, and any other account used to access SLEEPY STEAL services.
SLEEPY STEAL is not responsible for losses caused by sharing account information, unauthorized access to your account, or failure to maintain account security.
8. Changes to the Server
SLEEPY STEAL may change, update, reset, suspend, or discontinue parts of the server or related services at any time.
This may include gameplay features, economies, maps, ranks, items, virtual currency, or other content.
We cannot guarantee that all features will remain permanently available.
9. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep SLEEPY STEAL available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
The server may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, outages, technical problems, security issues, or other circumstances.
10. Abuse and Exploitation
Using exploits, cheats, malicious software, unauthorized automation, bugs, glitches, or other methods to gain an unfair advantage may result in punishment.
Attempting to interfere with the server, store, website, or other SLEEPY STEAL services is prohibited.
11. Age and Permission
If you are under the age required to legally make purchases in your location, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before making a purchase.
Parents or guardians are responsible for purchases made with their payment method where applicable.
12. Intellectual Property
SLEEPY STEAL branding, graphics, website content, configurations, and original server content may be protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or commercially use SLEEPY STEAL content without permission.
Minecraft and related trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
13. Termination
SLEEPY STEAL may suspend or terminate access to its services when necessary, including for rule violations, fraud, abuse, security issues, or other prohibited behavior.
Termination of access may result in the loss of virtual items or services associated with an account.
14. Disclaimer
SLEEPY STEAL is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the extent permitted by law, SLEEPY STEAL is not responsible for losses resulting from server downtime, account issues, gameplay changes, lost virtual items, or other service interruptions.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
The updated version will become effective when posted to the relevant SLEEPY STEAL website or service.
